 Had the immobiliser warning light come on this morning (big red dot over centre of rev counter) after i used the windscreen washers, which froze because of the weather, This blew the fuse for the washer pump, but it was also the fuse for the immobiliser.
Happily I didn't stop the car till I got to FRF in Swansea, (when I did it wouldn't start again) where someone looked at it immediately, told me the problem and replaced the fuse, all free of charge, despite Chevrolet not covering blown fuses, even though the blown fuse caused the immobiliser failure.
WELL DONE FRF!
 Bought pack of 3 special mini fuses £4.44, got them in the car now!
