Hi all,

I have a 2011 captiva 2.2 TD auto, I have an ongoing issue with the Turbo where you get what sounds like a grinding noise when you come off the accelerator at low speeds.
What I have noticed is it only does this when the weather is warm, over 18 degrees and you get it, under that or in the Autumn / Winter it is fine,
I took the intercooler off last week and flushed it out to help with the cooling of the air but still over 18 degrees outside air temp it does it, I have also done a pressure test and think I have no issues there,

Any ideas ?

I have a new actuator to fit that I will do ASAP but has anyone had this or any ideas on what it might be,

Expert help would be appreciated :)

Jon
