DIC code 89 is purely a generic warning code that something is wrong. What that 'something' is can only be established by obtaining Diagnostic codes stored via the OBD port.
As a suggestion try disconnecting the negative terminal on the battery. Leave the vehicle for 20-30 minutes and reconnect. This just might 'reboot' whatever it was that 'fell over'.
