Were these components the only ones you replaced?
You dont tell us the year of your vehicle -did you obtain correct parts for the year?
I'm going to assume your mean Thrust bearing (with a truss you might be walking a bit peculiar )
Was a suitable alignment tool used in reassembly?
Was gear change smooth prior to replacing clutch?
