Do the 2014 updated front and rear bumper and rear taillights fit the 2012 model? Are the mounting points the same?

HW, I dnt know for certain but I wouldnt have thought that 'cosmetic' adjustments would go so far as altering base model (Series 2) structural fixing points.
The thing to possibly bear in mind is that I recall reading several years ago on the Forum that there were some 'compatibility problems' with the LED lamps at the rear if mixed with traditional lamps elsewhere. Other Forum members will probably clarify this point.
