Hi all, went to turn off the ignition on my 2013 Captiva and it wouldn't turn off! I turned the key in the off position, dashboard goes clear as normal and took the key out and it was still running! 🤷‍♂️.
I googled it and it said there were up to 5 possible reasons as to why this is happening, does anyone know how to fix please?
