What was the reason and who recommended replacing the alternator? Did you have any diagnostic fault codes if so what were/are they?
You haven't told us what basic checks you have undertaken ie checked for slipping belt, failing tensioner, checked relay(s), checked fuses, checked for poor earth connection, checked for corroded terminals in connection block(s). Have you consulted an automotive electrical technician?

Additional Basics: There is an assumption that you have ruled out the battery being the problem?? Failing internal battery plates, battery sulphating, corroded battery terminals, corrosion of the battery cable crimping, corrosion of the battery to chassis earth cable connection.

After buying new alternator, my mechanic told me that both of the alternators, the old one and new one doesn't work anymore. He said that it needs the fabrique one with the neccesary parameters. He said to finde an original one used or new. How can I detect an original one or how can I find its code because even the one my car had was not original.

When (how long ago) did you purchase this vehicle?
Who diagnosed the 'failure' of the alternator and who bought the new replacement alternator - you or your mechanic?
Who ever it was it was their responsibility to check the compatibility of the component for the vehicle.
Do you still have any GM Chevrolet agents in Albania you can ask ? (in UK & Western Europe they have been closed).
There must be automotive electrical spares specialists in Albania.
Why is your mechanic passing the responsibility to you to locate suitable parts? Surely, it is his role as a vehicle mechanic to have the knowledge base of providers to locate appropriate parts - this is what you are paying him for.

It might just be possible that an owner of a 2008 Captiva will read this post and look at their alternator to verify a part reference.
