Hello all. I'm trying to find out the make and model of the audio system which would have originally been fitted to my 2005 Lacetti. The preson I bought the car from ripped it out, and put a cheap tape deck in there. Please advise. Or, does anyone know which one will workwith the steering wheel controls? Thanks.

hi mate i have a lacetti estate on an 06 which as the standard stereo fitted the make is a blaupunkt which works witht he hand controls but any stereo that accepts steering controls will work with the adapter u can pick up from ur local halford

I know this is years old but unanswered, so I'm posting as it might help someone

In my 2008 Lacetti the stereo is aBlaupunkt 96829597.

It works with steering wheel controls as it is the original unit.
