I have a 2008 captiva LTX - when I lock the car the rear passenger door does not lock - have tried the child lock etc etc but that doesnt work any ideas?

Theres another thread here which might help-http://www.chevroletownersclub.co.uk/forum/doors-not-opening_topic669.html. I'd try that first before doing anything else.
