When in a low gear and change gear or rev up a little sounds like a metal clunky knocking sound like something is loose ??? Help and the exhaust sounds like it's blown just under the wheel Axl And advice please .
Quick answer re the exhaust - take it to an exhaust specialist and get them to repair/replace failed section(s).
Knocking sounds can be anyone of a number of issues. If you suspect something is loose (and you might be right) then get your local mechanic to initially inspect the vehicle and then proceed from there.

Yes, that is a badly failed flexible section. I've attached a picture of a healthy one on my Aveo for comparison. Missing all those support wires will allow it to flex too much an may well be the cause of it knocking. The good news is that they don't seem to be particularly expensive.
