Bart, I have a Captiva not a Trax but my thought is the lamp for both full & dipped is off the same fuse.
Might well be the element in the lamp has failed?

Bart, It sounds as if there might be another fuse you've not found. I dont have details of Trax fuse locations but if its anything like the Captiva there are three possible locations.Other wise, next thing is to check the wires into the connector blocks; sometimes the wires come adrift from the crimping. Just a case of systematically tracing wiring and continuity.
