A dealer satisfaction survey carried out by What Car? and JD Power has revealed the best and worst when it comes to the nation's main car dealers. The results are based on the feedback of nearly 15,000 customers in the annual JD Power Vehicle Satisfaction Study who had used their dealership within the last 12 months.The survey asked customers to rate dealerships in several areas, including the ease of making an appointment, staff courtesy, quality of explanation, ease of access, parking convenience, punctuality of collection process, charging facilities, quality of work and the condition of the car on return.Only car makers with more than 100 respondents were included in the results.
