Sarah, Try Google ; type in 'cylinder head for captiva' it will bring up several possible contacts. No personal experience with any of these but worth contacting them for price comparisons.

Bit of a long shot but you could try the breakers yards sites to see if any accident damaged captiva's are being broken, also the engine would have to be damaged for them to start splitting it into parts.
