DOES THE CHEVROLET SPARK 2012 DAYTIME running lights. I understand all new cars built from Feb 2012 should have them fitted as standard ? Is that true ?

My LT has them but its just the headlights that stay on, there are no dedicated daytime running lights like some cars have the LED type.
