Just wondering how gen 2 Volt owners feel about the front license plate. Who has a front plate and who never will. Does installing the front plate require you to drill holes in the bumper?

The answer depends upon where in the World owners are and the regulations applicable in the country of ownership.
You have not completed your World location in your Sign-Up although the Forum system believes your location to be India (?)

PS: If you dont want to drill holes then consider using motoring grade double sided tape.
