I have a 2014 Chevy spark and one day I push the air condition button and the OnStar entertainment system blinker sound all went out at the same time why?

Tell us what basics you have checked?
Fuses, possible corroded/lose earth connection.
Have you tried disconnecting the battery negative; leave for 15-20 minutes and reconnect. This may reset the system.

Your best option is to visit your GM dealer or possibly an automotive electrician.

You dont appear to be able to even complete your basic Sign-Up information despite guidance being provided to you, and you joined the UK/Europe based Forum when it appears you may be located in the USA. There is a dedicated Spark Forum for the USA models ( Chevy Spark Forum : Chevrolet Spark Forums) so I'm therefore uncertain and have some doubts what your capabilities are? You still havent explained what basic tests/checks you have undertaken using a multimeter or anything else.
Your initial post #1 simply made a statement. Apparent instant 'loss' would possibly imply a fuse. Advise us what you have checked. Members of this Forum are not here to guess.
