Hi my orlando 2.0d has yet again blown the turbo to intercooler pipe off from the intercooler again this happened just before xmas and took a while to diagnose and find and had to run around in it during this period which resulted in it going into safe mode and blocking the dpf, i removed the front of the car and refitted the pipe which clips onto the intercooler with two clips and fitted a new dpf which I had to order from germany 🇩🇪 I then had to find a garage to reset the computer which no one seemed able to do eventually a dpf specialist managed to reset it for me it’s been back on the road a few days and this morning went bang again and has yet again blown the pipe off , has anyone else experienced this please.

These pipes are usually oily (from the PCV inlet) so did you thoroughly clean and dry all the mating surfaces and use new clamps? Just a thought, is your turbo over-boosting by any chance - perhaps because of a remap?
