This is caused by poor soldering in the module electronics.
Solution: resolder all solderings in the module. PAY Attention to dismount the buttons while they are OFF!!!
And also pay attention to dismounting the cables from the central heating box under the center console and not brake the cable housing clip, it can be dismounted with circular anticlockwise and clockwise rotation by hand.

My Lacetti’s rear window heater also failed. One YouTube video later, It’s fixed:
Power on
‘Bulbed’ tester (clipped to heater input on one side and travel the other end along the elements until the bulb goes off... there’s the, or one, break.
Car shop electrical paint with ‘frog tape’ masking the glass for neatness.
Happy now.
