Hi All, I am hoping to tie up a deal for a 2008 auto Captiva in the morning, if anyone has any last minute thoughts on anything I should look out for please let me know, it's the LS Diesel auto model, salesman was a bit ifft about the road tax cost, can anyone confrirm this for me ?

My manual was £235, but I'm not sure how much higher the auto will be. You can check on the DVLA site if you have the emissions numbers, which you can hget from the Chevy website.

make sure you check!!!!!
my girlfriend has a volvo with a 2.5turbo engine manual,and pays £ 235 ish,

next door neighbour has a 2.5 turbo engine, but automatic, and he pays £400!!!!!!!



he was well sick when i pointed it out to him!!

All done, road tax is in the normal band, mileage was higher that advertised, but I squeezed extra out of the deal, car was a Jan 2008 reg, so I got a valet, stamped service and early mot thrown in, so for so good.
