Hi,

All the Spark 2013 I can find on the net refer to the USA launch and appear to be on the whole the same car with North American modifications.

Alloys are different on the 2LT model, wing mirrors and so are the lower fog lamps, the interiorgenericallyseems the same, colours aside.

The CD player and Sound system is vastly improved and has Blue Tooth advanced on the 2LT called "MY LINK"

And welcome to the site, yes as you said Spark will get a face lift in line with the new American model this will include the american style grill and bumper with diffrent alloys and the third break light in the spoiler rather than in the back window, also will have slightly re designed centre console MyLink has been confirmed for Spark in europe its a new infotainment system
