Good day

How will i know if there is enough oil going to the rockers

In the middle of the head where the cam is running it is full of oil when i turn the engine

There is not much by the rockers shaft though

The engine is new and i am turning it with a drilling machine

Could it be that i am not turning it fast enough ?

If engine is new, the oil must be reaching. Why are you rotating it with drill machine? I presume you are in process of fitting the new engine, best is to remove the valve cover and start the engine, you will see oil flowing. Also check the oil level, I presume that you must have, but still!
