My car was only running on two cylinder and after replacing sparks, spark wire, ignition coil and measuring resistant on the wire from computer I replaced the ECU with a used ECU.

But the engine does not run after replacement.

Do I need to reset or reprogram the ECU to match the immobiliser unit?
If so, does anyone know how I can do it manually without a software or any freeware to do so?
