Hi Everyone,
Looking for some advice.

Captiva has had no power/turbo. Won't go over 3000 revs. I ran a diagnostic test and error code P0047
Turbo Control Solenoid A Circuit Low Voltage appears. Can I fix this myself? Is it a big job? What would a Chevrolet dealer charge??

Thanks in advance.

I beleive that the turbo control solenoid is an integral part of the turbo assembly. There is an electrical plug which can be accessed from below the car on the turbo itself. i would imagine that it might be worth checking it for fit and dirt/ corosion, but other than thatI think it's probably a garage job if that doesn't solve it. I'm assuming it's not under warranty, soI would try a turbo or diesel specialist rather than the dealer.
