hi I am going to replace a front hub on my 2009 captiva been having problems with abs warning light does anyone know the torque setting for the hub nut
already changed speed sensor took two lights off when ignition turned onbut not abs light reluctor ring is inside the hub so you would have to take hub apart to check it
just like to update on front hub got new one from ebay ÂŁ60 fitted it two days ago no problem fitting it abs light did not go of had it reset at local auto electrician then fun began we took car for road test traction control trying to operate under normal driving and abs operating under normal braking he checked it with his reader and new hub speed sensor showing wheel turning at a slower speed than other 3 wheels he suspects abs pick up ring has a different amount of notches on it making abs think wheel is turning slower than it is back to square one
