Swapping standard radio for DAB one

I have a 2012 Spark with the standard radio and CD player. I would like to swap this out for the DAB Bluetooth version, which I can get off eBay, etc. I believe I need to also swap the aerial to the DAB version and plug in a microphone for phone calls.

Has anyone else done this and can advise what else do I need to do?
